Time sure has sped by

I've now had Charlie for five months. She's gained 10 lbs. and has settled down a tiny bit. Most hilarious is her slug behavior in the morning. She NEVER gets out of bed before me! Must be a night owl like her mom......

I still miss Sammy trememdously and will undoubtedly adopt an older dog next time I do adopt, but Charlie is a fun and spirited companion to share my life with.
